For those of you old enough and/or wise enough and/or sane enough to understand, Mort Sahl is appearing on Countdown with Keith Olbermann tonight on MSNBC, somewhere between now (7.19p CST USA) and 8p. It can only be awesome.

He's right at the end of the show... which runs a couple of minutes long as a consequence. If you set a recording for the 1am (Central) rerun, be sure to let the recording go a few extra minutes or you'll miss the end.

I asked the ladies and they agreed: if a Joker movie is made, wouldn't Mort be perfect as the Joker's Father? Scary good.
